Hello I'm having graphics problems running LFS on my PC (Athlon x2 6Ghz, HD6670, 4 GB RAM, Win XP x64, FullHD screen). I'm using latest drivers from AMD. LFS S2 0.5V has no graphic issues:

I've had the same video card as you and I know that if you overclock it too much, it glitches your games. laso by the looks of it, you overclocked your amd massively, wich can maybe be the cause as well (overheating)

No, I didn't overclock my GPU, it runs on default frequency. Other games runs without such graphic issues. Why is old 0.5V runs with no problems?

I doubt an Athlon x2 is defaulted to 6 GHz

Probably your graphic memory is full, and it starts to mess the textures.

Have you changed the settings or used a HiRes texture pack recently?



BTW, as LFS is a single threaded program, LFS can only use 3GHz.
Plus, you better say 3GHz x2 than 6GHz, because these things does really matter as you can see to know what your computer can do.

What powersupply do you have?

This is what happened to me, and was powersupply problem.
I buy a more powerful and the problem was solved
