The official rule book contains the new points system and the new qualifying system.
For skins, the only rule is your number needs to be placed on the hood and doors of the car, and must be visible. There are no number plates this year, just to simplify things.

Amendment to rule
-One driver cannot drive more than 75% of the laps on the team he drives for in one race.- The penalty given will be loss of any extra laps that the driver drove that is above 75%
-All teams must have roster for the following race confirmed the roster at least 6 Hours in advance of race start time or they will incur a penalty of -5 on the grid. Teams must have confirmed at least 24 hours before race time with a provisional lineup to not incur a penalty.
-Driver who qualifies for a team's car must drive in the race. Not doing so will involve a stop and go penalty (time penalty added on as ruled at end of each race)

Official ruling on button clutch and other aids.
Button clutch and the use of automated aids are disallowed by the league. Use of these will result in suspensions and penalties seen fit by the admin staff. This takes affect for all future Revolutionary Racing Events

1.Highest number of wins
2.Most pole position awards
3.Most top 3's
4.Most top 5's
5.most top 10's
6.laps completed
7.least penalties (excludes speeding penalties) will be penalty times added together due to penalization from admin.
