Well, today i noticed that when i press I (to stop the engine, or just the engine stops) and I shift to any gears with my H-shifter (its supposed not to reagate and it doesnt) it stays in Netural , until i move my wheel. After I have moved my wheel in any position, the gear changes automatically.

The same thing with the wind sound. Without moving the wheel, your wind sound disappears, but after moving it just slightly a bit, it appears again.

This could be due to the physics being turned off when the engine is off, until it senses input I assume. I wouldn't call it a bug.
