I can't find skins of streering wheels for XFG

the steering wheels don't use skins they use dds files, but since patch z the xr and fx wheels can only have spreadable textures on them. search the forum, im sure you'll find what you want

yeah i know that is not skin's but ok

all the steering wheels that i can find are all for other cars

You cant create labeled steering wheels for the XFG or XRG anymore. The wheels use a very small tile-able texture.

Unless you just want a different coloured wheel, stickers & stuff cant be done.

It is not possible, only for the FBM.

True, or no DEMO roadcars wheels can be modifed, some S2 cars can

depends what car you're trying to modify. the road cars that got updated in patch Z have wheels what can't be edited the way they were before with insignias and such.
