Logitech MOMO Racing problem

Hi!

My problem is that the game steers the car by itself if i have FF on. If I'm loosing grip on the back wheels and starting to drift the game automaticly turns my wheel to countersteer the slide. I'm not able to play with FF on because this only makes playing harder. Don't really want the game to control the car more then me. Is there a setting to disable this automatic opposite lock feature or do I have to play without FF.

Well, I don't have much drifting experience in real life, but I think, as the tires always try to get into a position with the least resistance, they just do countersteer...

Yes, this is accurate, and actually makes driving much easier IMO. There are no steering aids for wheel users.

This is true but in real life it would not work as violently as in the game. In my experience a rear wheel drive car does not automaticly correct your steering when you have wheelspin and the back is trying to spin. It takes your own skill to countersteer properly and get the car under control.

Not really. I drift my truck on snow a lot, and with a wide enough area, I can drift no handed, it just basically countersteers itself.
