It's an animated dancing elf, with Scawen's face on it, hence Scawelf. It loaded on mine almost instantly (8mbit connection)

It took me (I just measured it on my watch) 1.4 seconds to load the image. But it's not a flat jpeg, so you can't just upload it into a gallery.

May I suggest it's time for a refresh. Maybe even a Ctrl-F5?

Never thought loading a comedy site like this would cause so much 'OMG I'm scared of the link' or 'it takes so long' problems.

The photo is only a part of what you are trying to see.
I just tried, loaded in less than 10 seconds
