NielsenRacer has been suspended from all Realistic NASCAR Events through July 29, 2013 due to actions in round #5 of the Rallycross Shootout Series in which he intentionally caused harm to a championship competitor in the final round of the series. This has been deemed to be a per-meditated action due to online findings.

Actions also may be taken within the Rallycross Shootout Series in addition to the Stop and Go penalty that was issued and served by the said driver. This will be released along with race results sometime this week. Actions also may be taken against other drivers involved upon further review. At this time I have only taken the obvious action. Realistic NASCAR as an organization will meet as a whole to determine what other actions need to be taken at some point this week.

Following the review of the last lap incident between the "09" and "99" entries in the South City 150 by a panel approved by Realistic NASCAR it has been found that the accident was a result of the aggression of both drivers by unanimous decision and they have been penalized as follows:

-N I K I has been placed on Probation through December 18, 2012 for breaking sections 5.5 ; 5.7.3 ; 5.7.6 & 5.7.8 of the Realistic NASCAR Rulebook.

-IsaacPrice has been placed on Probation through December 18, 2012 for breaking sections 5.3 ; 5.4 & 5.5 of the Realistic NASCAR Rulebook.

Official Description of the Incident^

The "09" was attempting to defend the racing line on corner exit despite the fact that a presented pass attempt was occurring on him and more room was available on his outside. This put the "09" into a slide and the "99" made contact with him due to both this and his unexpected sliding behavior.

Following contact the "99" maintained throttle and drove through the "09", and caused his competitor to be turned perpendicular to the race track. A few instances in which intentional hard contact* was made by the “99” on the "09" throughout the race also factored into the decision to place the "99" on probation.

Both drivers were privately warned about their lack of respect for one another on the race track following the first round of the series, and now that this issue has resurfaced we have decided to make these warnings both more official and public.

We have decided not to penalize either driver points or time for their involvement in this incident due to the close points championship which is being contested between these competitors. Had penalties been handed out both drivers would have received one or the other. However, both competitors are served to notice that should further incidents occur such as this one we will not hesitate to take points or time away from one or both competitors as required. This is both drivers' final warnings as suggested by the term "probation".

* - Contact which results in serious damage or loss of time will be reviewed by Realistic NASCAR in all instances that we catch it. In the event that contact does not result in a massive loss of time for either competitor and it does not inflict serious damage to either competitor it will be overlooked for penalization, however these instances of contact may be taken in account should something larger happen between these competitors later in the race. However, small contact only allows small contact to be made in retaliation. Never should a driver make contact with a driver that could cause them a major loss of time or moderate to severe damage.

^ - It should be noted that Section 5.7.4 of the Realistic NASCAR Rulebook was in effect at the time that this incident occurred.
LFSWorld Name Codelyoko1 has been placed on a probationary period through the beginning of 2014 following events which occured in the Kyoto 40 (Realistic NASCAR Open Series second round on January 27th).

This driver was also disqualified from the event, and has been suspended from participation in the Realistic NASCAR Open Series through the completion of the Series, due to an incident in which occured between he and the leaders of the event. The incident could possibly be passed off as an accident, however circumstances do not allow us to pass it off so lightly.
