I've a little problem with my LapTop.
Every time when i switch it on, always disk space's check (C), 10 seconds time to cancel it by pressing a button. This problem has been constantly since 1 month ago and im getting tired of it, 3 times i forgot to press something button---> ffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu

The general question is like this:

I have made a few drifting movies and one post of a hacker on youtube. I will be posting more videos including tandem and twin drifts.
But i will sadly not be able to do better videos since im a demo driver, and i cant possibly get a S2 or S1 license. Im underaged, and dont have an access to a Credit / Debit card. The money isnt the problem, ive got enough money understand it, people, i just cant use those payment options!
Anyone wont buy a License to me, ive asked all possible people. But yeah, things are how they are, im hoping that if i make alot videos, i will earn a license.
I am using a Logtech Formula Force EX, but im looking forward to getting a G27, which ill get in the end of this month possibly.

And yeah, ill be honest, the trailer looked alot more awesome than the movie itself.

I am trying to setup 2 monitors with LFS.
It works in windowed mode when I simply resize the LFS window across both screens:

But when switching to fullscreen (shift+f4), the second screen just shows the windows desktop and LFS gets cramped into the other.

monitors: two 1280x1024 TFTs (same type)
connected with a "Y-cable" to
graphic card: ATI x1300
OS: windows vista

With one monitor in fullscreen LFS gets 100 fps, 2 monitors in windowed gets ~20. Other problem is, the playerlist,trackmap etc is now in the middle of screen instead of to the right. So real fullscreen would be better I think.

Hey Guys,
Months ago I started building some layouts for MRT with our editor in LFS.
I got pretty good in this, so the Savage, 3id and CoRe people went for this racing.
It was success, layouts worked very well and we had very much fun on those combos.
Some nice action was also included.

It's been a long time (6-8 years), but I'm just getting back in to LFS and other PC racing sims. Really enjoying my time back with LFS and happy to see the autocross layout editor. I used to really love building tracks back with CART Precision Racing, the editor was so easy to use, and would love to build some enjoyable layouts for LFS.

Just wondering if people would be willing to give some tips/suggestions on how they make their layouts for LFS. Here's my three starter questions.

1) When you build a track, (after the doodle stage) what is the first objects you place to start the build? Do you do an entire chalk outline? Chalk only the corners? Place cones\tyres at the apex of corners? Just put up barricades everywhere? I went with the chalk everything route... but it's very time consuming.

2) What track width (to allow for racing) do you suggest? I built mine at 10m wide... I think it should be fine for GTI or MRT... but maybe not much bigger/faster.

3) Is there any way to build kerbs? Or is it just the speed bumps?

Any other tips, or common sticking points others ask about, would be appreciated.
