Looks to me like a pretty recent nvidia card.... :scratchch

If you are trying to identify it for the purpose of finding a driver for it, the nvidia (almost) unified driver should work.

3 posibilities

1) NVIDIA 6600GT for AGP slot
2) NVIDIA AGP 6800 series(LE,XT,GS,GT) for AGP slot
3) ATI 9800pro(very unlikely) for AGP slot

I would search for who make blue PCBs.Not a lot companies use them.

If you could do a better photograph of it, I'd surely could tell you its name! Is there a sticker telling you a FCC-ID Number?

I think it is a R9800... refering to that 8x sing in the cooler top(i THINK it is 8x). Please, take a top-down view photo and take it in a high quality, min. resolution 800x600, better 1024x768. We need to see the text on it...
