#20 locked upon braking running wide, 22 attempted to pass but 20 did not give sufficient room. 22 ran onto rumble strip and rear slipped sliding into 20.

#24 - Warning - Bumped 22 in straight and then into 26. Only 26 suffered damage, racing accident due to high speeds.

Regarding yellow flag passing before S/F


According to this statement, once the green flag flies you can over take. However, this needs to be reworded. Penalties cannot be given due to the lack of clarity in this clause.
