PROBLEM: Red flashes?

Hey guys, I just installed all the stuff from http://www.kegetys.net/lfs/ , and im getting a red flashing. The whole screen flashes red! I'm using LFS launch to start it all-

Anyone know what it is?

The motion blur "mod" with inappropriate settings.

Switching to windowed and back (Shift + F4 twice) usually fixes this.
