A monitor larger than 24" should have a higher resolution than 1080p, something like 2560x1600 or something. I think it's dumb to buy a large monitor with a low resolution like 1080p.

i've had a tn panle before but took the the dell 2312 (ips panle) same money but the difference is clear

Once you go with an IPS monitor, you'd wish you got one sooner.
TN's are meh now, looking at them hurts my eyes.

This whole IPS TN thing is getting old.
I know the differences and have always said I will go with IPS before I ever went with TN, but.
This hurts my eyes more.
Because I have purchased the ugly stupid "TN" panel for $498.98 that will OMG my eyes.
I now have to purchase.
Second video card: $249.99
New power supply: $129.99
Desk mount with extension: $176.68
$1055.64
Still less than a 27" IPS NEC.
