Hello, i made new insim based on the .NET (C#) - Open Source Cruise Server (http://8bdf78a7.linkbucks.com) made by dougie-lampkin. (http://ffd51ae4.linkbucks.com)

Advanced police system
Trading mini-game
Random speed traps
Intelligent pit fines
Pitting from garages check
Intelligent price-list
Admin refunds
Admin InSim update/restart features
Displays other's cash/cars at !stats
Swear filter
Negative cash protection
Job for AS5 / FE4 / BL1
House for AS5 / FE4 / BL1
Loto for win cash
Members status (members can use some vip commands)
Officer status
Cadets status
Kms counter added to the HUD
Modified HUD (the menu of car / cash / job ....)
!showoff modified (cash, car used, car own, distance drived
Distance check for buy car (like fzr need 650km drived)
