LFSlapper PROBLEM ?!?!?!?

Im trying to start using LFSlapper mod in my server.. and I heard it works like

1st.confguring all in LFSlapper.cfg
2st.paste cfg file in BIN folder
3st.Launch LFSlapper.exe

After that is Prob..
My LFSlapper just flash in my screen like 1,5 sec and then it closed.. (what is prob)

I catched pic before it dissappiers/close

i have problem too when i try to run lapper it write

conecting
conection ok

and then cloase lapper window in my server dedi window write

NEW GUEST TIMED OUT
