Help please....

Hi, i have a mate that dont have a internet conection yet in his home, and ussually he was using Lfs S2 unlocker to use all cars and tracks in offline mode.
But with this new patch ( U ), doesn't seem to work... can anybody send me a link or something to find the new unlocker?
