Pit Instructions Box

I've somehow managed to bring up a 'Pit Instructions' box on my screen. I can't remember which button I pressed. Anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Be sure to also try out the keys F9 to F11, they show interesting information! (press the corresponding key again to turn it off again)
