I have been having the same trouble and I can't seem to find the auto spec file in lfs lapper :S

Look for /spec in lfslapper.lpr file.

If you don't want lapper to spec people for one of the events, put a # in front of the line.

The events I can see where you can get spec'd for something are;

Event OnAuthNotAllowed
Event OnSwearWords2
Event OnNotMatchFlags
Event OnMaxNbInStunt
Event OnMaxAllowedLapTime2
Event OnIdle2
Event OnMaxCarResets
Event OnFastDriveOnPitL2

Likely more in some of the add-ons and any other things you may have added yourselves.
