Another quick question, how do i bring up the control panel so that i can lock onto other cars etc?

..And if you want to set a camera, for example, on the roof so its "recording" forward all the time you go options -> view -> choose custom -> view (think it says so..) external 1 or 2 (doesnt matter really, just if you are going to look to the sides) and then you pull around those "things" there under (bars or whatever it's called..
