Changing name colours with "T" patch

Is it still possible to change name colours using the"^" key function with patch "T". I'm unable to (or probably just being thick!)

It's been in since patch Q which was mainly a language patch.

All this time i've been playing with "^" and entering numbers & nobody told me about the short cut. Shame on you all. Lol.
