USB Programmable Board

Hi Guys,
I need a programmable board that plugs into USB with programmable switches. For example when I press a switch on the board it is registered as "F3" on my pc. Anyone know of any product which I can do this on?

Get a PCB board created for joysticks, on which you can add buttons. Of course this will all be custom work.
