As a new driver, must you be a licensed driver to use up new skins etc.?
And where do you put new setups? And where must you go to add new skins (in-game)?

No, you can add skins to the demo cars :)

^^ You're right, but you should have also stated that you can't download other peoples skins automatically. If you download all skins you can find, and put them in the skins_x folder, they show (I think, never tried).

So you can use a skin, but chances anyone else would see it are slim.
