I've benn trying to connect at different times for 4 hours now. I looked at the reasons and none seem to fit... after all i'm on the internet now. Y can't i online race?

try and give a clearer explanation of your problem. otherwise people dont understand you and cant help.

i try to connect to the server list and i can't get in, but i can still go online on websites and what not.

my problem sounds very similar. but is probably for a totally different reason.

atm, i have concluded that my line is just crap for now. read my thread and if your symptoms are the same.

After you try connecting to a server and you fail, just try again... it works sometimes as not all data gets through to you first time.

but when this happens continuously, there is something seriously wrong.

and when you are used to near instantaneous connections and flawless LFS netcode, then it gets really frustrating. :(
