Gamepad Question

I'm using a Logitech Dual Action gamepad.

My question is: For Throttle/brake centre reduction witch is a good (recommended) value?? (gamepad users please help me)

ps: you could tell me what values do u use in the controls option that would help me alot

i found that for gamepads the button control rate is more important ... so race drivers that use gamepads what value at button control rate do u use??
