Raise driving view?

As we all know, we can move the driving (in car) view forwards or back with the '5' & '6' keys but is there a way to move the view up a bit higher?

I am presuming there is a config file somewhere I can edit to do this? Anyone have some decent settings and can point me in the right direction of what to edit?

I want this simply because I think the view is a bit low down in the open wheelers.

Keys 5 & 6 do not move the view they only change the f o v

Too bad we cannot disable driver and steering wheel when making our custom in car views. It really sucks.

I just add or take away some books I have the monitor on to adjust the view.
