Mates@Track for S2T? [Archive]

Is there one on the way? I've become so dependent on this great little program because it makes finding and joining a server go so much faster. I hope the developer will make a version that works with the new patch.

Me too. Maybe it's just a line fix or two. Maybe not. I know some time ago (S1 days) the server moved and you needed to edit a configuration file. The errors i got make it seem more serious this time though...

I lost the source (HDD crash) but if i got the time,
I'm going to create m@t next generation :D

I realy liked the program and i used it very often! Would be great if you found the time to rewrite it though.

well, cause I've not a lot time (job, family with child [4 1/2 years]), i cannot
say if and when the next version will appear!
today i started with creating the "next generation" of m@t.

maybe i'll release an alpha (well, why do I not like this word ;) ) soon, but i
can't promise...

and because "time is money" and I create free software there is not so much
priority. hope u understand!

work is going well, the server list works, and the new feature
"favourite servers" too!

Possibility to move mates from one group to other would be great, only feature I missed in last version.
The best would be possibility to insert 1 mate to several groups.
(Ive groups like "CZE", "Czech league", "CZ endurance", ..., "others" and some guy could be in 3 groups for example)

if u like to test one of the first versions, go on :)
(only adding groups and mates is available)

apply the file \data\cfg\settings.config
to make sure that the LFS buttion will work and that you can join a server
by doubleclicking one server in the server list!

have fun!

remember: this version is only for testing purpose. it may contain bugs
and so on...blablabla...

"groups" dir no londer used.. :shrug: all data in "db" folder..

I like the "favorites" wich wasn't in previous version iirc.

maybe some of u can check that, cause atm, there is no time for that :D
maybe using a hex-editor helps for getting the correct field sizes...

Coming along nicely, keep up the good work :thumb:

Although I have noticed a minor bug in this version, the servers added to the favourites don't seem to be refreshing either on startup or when the refresh button is used.

Could you make "sortable" lists, like in previous versions? For example when i click on the "players" list it sorts them de- or ascendingly. Or when you'd click on the servers list it would sort them alphabeticly. Would be a great help!

There is the following message: "SetupServerSocket: bind failed"

Will there be a new feature, by changing the server you needn't close LFS all the time? Is that possible ?

no, is not possible...
but add servers with good pings to your favourite list :D
