A player connecting - can't do anything.

Today I experienced two times this bug:
A player connecting.

It lasts for very long time, many minutes, maybe more. I experienced it on two different servers, and after all everyone had to close LFS, because they couldn't pit or exit or anything else.

i crashed lots of races because i cant pit as soon as i spin when a player is connecting...

it happens a lot to me (well, it can happen to everybody, but im just bad luck lol)
