Is there a lapper specially made for Car Park ?

I'm a Demo ,and I was wondering do I have a choice..I see only Lappers for GP ,so..Any Car Park :?

Isn't there something simpe for BL3 ? I'm new with this ,and still haven't learn how to start a Lapper..Just want to add the stuff on my Dedicator and then have fun..Should be simpe to explane (I wish) :shrug:
