I'm having trouble with the heel and toe technique. I ussaly over rev or not rev enough to make the rpms match when downshifting. Is there any help or tips you guys can give me?

If you are using a clutch pedal, then it could be useful to get this right. But really all most people do is have auto clutch on (no clutch pedal) and just blip the throttle themselves. It isn't all that hard  Just blip everytime you shift down a gear, try and sync it at the same time (but shift down comes first, then blip).

If you have auto clutch enabled and no clutch pedal, attempting to do heel-toe is useless..

Heel toeing and getting the blip right for the revs and keeping consistent force on the brakes takes time and practice. Just keep trying. Just remember, earlier down change = bigger blip.

Practice in your road car too. That's the only way I managed to learn. It's second nature now.
