It's close between iTCC and MoE. Both of them have provided entertainment in different ways. I won't say how I voted...

H2H with 5 votes? WTF?

It is likely that since H2H happened LAST JANUARY that people have forgotten about it a bit. I have a small hunch* that some of these 'end awards' are biased towards events/happenings that are near the end of the year; or at least ones that occurred often. That said, I haven't watched many broadcasts this year do to my afk time.
*my hunch is not backed up be actual data; just a feeling I have.

Even boadcast had crashed due to system faults, MoE broadcast still owns because it went smoothly and that is most important to attract people to watch it. I enjoyed watching it. :thumb:

Your hunch is mostly correct based on the nominations  ALOT of the movies/layouts and things like that were from the latter half of the year.
Which is a bit sad, really, but that's how it goes.
EDIT: And, naturally, its HEAVILY forum based. I only came across a couple of things/people I'd never heard of before. And probably why things like the City-Liga don't have many votes/nominations [unless it is actually bad :S]. For example, the GT Series was based off-forum. In the Best New League section it got 1 nomination. Had it been based on-forum I'm sure that it would have got in the poll. :)

There's only one way to prevent that: Do H2H events all year long in 2010. :tilt:

Well first I need to relocate to a better area with better internet, then I still won't run but 1 H2H series a year because I have plans for a new league. No more than that will be announced though as it still needs to go through the testing phase.

Yes, MoE has fails, but that happens in live broadcasting. IGTC have had fails in their broadacsts, so have GTAL and iTCC. I haven't seen any City-Liga broadcasts, but I'm sure they've had technical problems too
H2H is almost entirely post-produced to look-live: Only the commentary is done live.
If you think MoE broadcasts fail, perhaps maybe you can find a better way to do it where it won't fail, or tell us how else it fails so that we may improve the quality of the broadcast ?

By choosing one of the options featured in the poll and hitting "Vote Now", perhaps?

For the most part true, Head-to-Head: All-Star Cup 2009 was fully broadcasted live though.

I know I'm just one part of a very big system when it comes to the MoE broadcast, but it's great to see it win again! Thank you to all who voted and thanks to all of these people for making it work:
Deko (making videos, controlling the technical aspect of the broadcast and shouting)
Boothy (Making camera layouts and saying something sensible every now and then)
All MoE Admins, especially:
DeadWolfBones (Made knowledgable comments all last year)
amp88 (My vote for commentator of the year this year)
Wilko868 (Should be on Radio Le Mans)
[DucK] (I'm kidding, he's flippin' useless)
All the MoE drivers who make the league so entertaining!
And the MoE drivers feeding me useful information via IRC and Messenger and all of those who came on to be interviewed
And, of course, MultiBC, 500Servers and DarcyF1.
