I made a profile with 6xAA and 16xAF in CCC and pointed it to live for speed .exe.
But after activating game thru profile, there is no AA and AF ......:Looking_a

Is this a known Problem?

did it work with 6.3? i heard alot of people with your card complaining about 6.4 giving them problems. i'm still using 6.3 myself with my x800XL

Generally LFS has no influence on the AA / AF, if it doesnt work, it doesnt work in the driver. Try to set AA / AF as default for all games, without using the profiles system.
