have a screen in the cockpit with the lap secter times on it. i have a digi dash on my track bike, and most tracks have sensers on the diff sectors that relay the lap time to both your pit crew and your cockpit dash.
i personally race with as little info on the screen as possible, to make it more realistic for my self, and the more stuff that can be put into the dash, while still keeping it realish, the better i say.
