Pit Stops in Single Player

Hello is there a way to say set the game so that the AI have to make pit stops during the race, or say force at least 1 pit stop like in a 10 lap race

S2 isnt complete; and the AI arent fully programmed either so no, you cant tell the AI to pit.. or really do anything
