TakaTeC Outgauge LFS

Hey, Ive just come across this program, you can find it here,

I having a problem with setting it up, I have added what it says into my CFG file and when i start LFS the display (TakaTeC) thing changes, but it doesnt show anything when I am racing , Has anyone got this program working before? Thanks

It says that it works with LFS S2 ALPHA 0.5Z, Would it work with Test patches? :shrug:

I have searched but I havent found anything related to this program.

If not does someone know of a similar program?

I`ve stumbled on this peace of SW and I really like how it looks, but like the most guys I can`t get it working with LFS :(
Does someone knows the cfg.txt setting or proper "ini" settings that will work over LAN.
I`ve tried all sorts of parameters but no data is shown.
My config is:
LFS PC - 192.168.1.100 (LFS z28)
TacaTec PC with usb monitor - 192.168.1.101 (TacaTec 2.9.2.0)
I start the insim at 29999,
then start TacaTec, but can`t see that anything is connecting to LFS :(

The "read me" file is in some strange language, can`t translate it with google, and I`ve tried all the things that point to LFS and IP settings but no luck.

I would really like to try it, any help ?
