Test-event - Drivers' Briefing and Confirmation Thread

Hi racers!

We decided to make a test race for the BnJ revival cup, so please your confirmation here, if you wanna take part (with number and real name please), UNTIL WEDNESDAY, 9th september 2009 @ 16:45 UTC (later confirmation will not be supported)

Test race : 9th September 2009, 18:45 UTC
Track : Autocross Area (au1)
Layout : ParkwaySprint (Layout attached)
Car : XRT
Bump race/Front row contest : 3 laps
Main races : 7 laps (3 races)
CTRA Record : 0'53"61 (Joni L - 2008/10/04)
Server: ICON RACING - Server 2 (PW will be send to the competitors)

We start at 18:45 UTC with the superpole session, means every driver will have one hotlap (+ one inlap) to set a time on track.
The top 12 are qualified for the main races.
The top 4 have a front row contest, a race with 3 laps, to get their place on the starting grid.

The places 13 to 20 of the superpole session will start at the bump race, lasting 3 laps, and the top 4 will be able to start at the main races (place 13 to 16 on the grid).

Please make sure, you have read the rules of this league.

Failure to have the official numberplate on your skin won't be penalised.

Sorry, but Tom did a mistake writing this thread, this event will be driven with the XRT.

The server has been fixed on the right combo.

Thanks for the head up. As far as I know, this is the original layout from the CTRA Servers.....
Anyway, I have turned the finish line, and uploaded here and on the iCON Racing - Server 2 the fixed layout.

Nope, late confirmations will be allowed to race but will start from the back of the grid in the first main race.

I'm afraid that I can't make it tomorrow.. I can't get CrossOver Games (which I use to run LFS on my mac) to work with Snow Leopard I installed today :( I'm still trying to fix it.. so maybe I'll be there, but maybe I'm not :(

You have to spectate after your hotlap, not more......... got it?
