battle mod?

i think it would be cool if there was a battle mode.

where ppl have to wait, 2 cars race each time, and winner proceeds.

It's already possible via InSim, and I do remember joining a server with a similar system once.

It has some very big flaws though IMHO:
If your opponent is considerably faster or slower than you, the "duell" is boring. Which would be the case in most races you do.
Also, you'll have to wait a ridiculously long amount of time just watching others race. Which is even more annoying if the former problem occurs. Which, as I said before, certainly will.

This would only be really interesting if we had touge tracks. But i suppose it would be interesting in South City.

there was a championship with that mdous once..iirc it was from SRS, named H2H (Head 2 Head) Racing.
They had a puplic server too.
Would love to see that back.

In a touge will be nice, in a closed track I prefer the typical race.
