I need help with lapper in server

Iv been looking around the threads seeing if anyone asked the questiong but i havent found any. (I searched as well) but heres my problem and question.

How do i use lapper on a dedicated server?
I have the .cfg to my paid server but i would like to use lapper for my dedicated server. Can someone help me?

First of all, can you fully access that dedicated server or has this to be done through an administrator of the data centre where the server is situated.
In the first case you can access the server and install Lapper on it as if it were your local machine.
In the second case you have to email the administrator and ask him to install Lapper on your server. In order to have the correct settings installed from the beginning, it would be useful to install Lapper on your local pc and configure all the settings you want. Then ZIP the whole Lapper directory and send that to the administrator.
