"could not open file: player name"

I have a second player name but every time I click it, it always says that it could not open the file does any1 know how to fix this?

Already deleted the file and created the user again?

I havent deleted the file, the player name is a secondary name.

I have this problem too after my computer locked up and froze. I have it on 2 usernames, is there a way to make it so I can use those usernames again?

Also when I restarted LFS after the freeze all my settings that I had set in the options, every one, from audio down the list was set back to default.
