Probable error in graphics driver...

I keep getting this error when i try to load up LFS.exe, can someone help?

I'm running Win Vista if that helps a bit...

EDIT: now it's happening in Veiwer aswell, please help :(

It's just that it's never happened before... it's worked every other time...

You could try reinstalling/updating your DirectX and your GFX card drivers.

try start/run type dxdiag and press enter, then run all the tests and see if anything is flagged as not working correctly.

it could be just a simple corrupt file, did you install anything just before this started to happen HW or SW?
