Message on start

Hi all !
How can I do something like a "start message" eg. on the start of a race let on screen show a big text like a "Pit Stop required , Please play fair" ??
Do I need some mod?? or just edit some files?? please help.

well, you can do it manually each time. For example, say you want to say CLEAN RACE PLEASE in the middle of the screen to everyone, than you would :
Type /rcm CLEAN RACE PLEASE (then hit enter durr)
then you would type /rcm_all

That's a neat feature, but is it a way to make this automagic, and is there a way to time this so it disappears after a few seconds?

LFSLapper has also restart message option and it clears the center text automatically after predefined time...
