Does anybody know how i can make my button that i have created in my insim an external link when clicked? Is there any way of doing this.

You can't make an insim app on a server open up an instance of Internet Explorer / Chrome / Firefox / Mozilla / Opera / Netscape Navigator :D on someone's computer.
So no sorry.

Does the insim app. you made run on the host server or on the local machine? Because if it's local machine you can make it execute programs locally.

you could give the clients who join the server a local insim application then have it detect when you click on a button. Have the button hosted on the client's insim application
