gray screen at multiplayer

When i join a multiplayer game, the screen below comes in front of me. I cant see any other vehicles in the track but i can race on the track. Also, i can see messages from the players: mostly "why did you crash me you moron":). Mysteriosly, i cant see them and i dont feel i crash something...

When this happens to me, It's when I just entered a server and it dissapears after i leave the garage. Does this problem happen with all servers?

Whats your internet speed?

And can you actually race or do you get booted off?

I could race without any problem or any lag before. so I dont think the problem is my internet speed. I dont actually race because I cant see racing cars.. However I can hear their sound and messages:D

I used to get this too, i reinstalled the game and now it doesnt come up anymore.
