Running a series / league on LAN??

hey,
is it possible to run a series / league on LAN and have it give points for the races, and then keep track of points etc etc?

if so how do i go about doing this?

or is it a case of me just writing down the recults on a notepad or something?

any help will be much appreciated.

Its exactly the same as most of the online leagues..writing the race results in some excel or notepad files.

so the game doesn't actually keep score in anyway or anythign like that?

if that's the case, does anyone know of an online league creator or something
like that?
basically just need somewhere that people can visit to check their league standings and stuff.
