Return it to Logitech ... I've had the same + 6th and reverse gears got messed up. It's a known bug in G25 although in mine it occurred after ~6 months

Maybe ill try but it doesnt look important for them i think ... I think something like spring is scraping on that plastic and making noise + vibrations. I added oil and it doesnt helped. Is that return without problems u think or it isnt good reason for return ???

Worked for me ... They usually don't create any problems with those kind of things (that are already known to occur).
EDIT: You may always ask your store first and then see if they can do something about it or send an email to Logitech support describing the situation and asking what they can do about it @ http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php

Well either you return it and have a experienced people looking at it...
Either you clean it yourself, without being sure that you'll succeed, which you don't want to...
The choice is obivous

Ask Logitech for replacement first, they could just swap it.
If not, go ahead and open it. It's very simple job and only thing you really have to be careful about is to take it steady as you're taking off the top cover so you don't just rip it off and damage wires. Nixim brake mod site has quite detailed info on how to open and assemble it back together.
If it's the sound of spring scraping, adding oil won't do any good. Fixing it is easy, just need to rotate spring located inside that "red tube" so end points are level and spring doesn't twist and move as it compresses (I had this problem after cleanup). This does however require opening pedal set completely.
