The topic says it all: I was taking a look at the Scirocco with the CMX viewer, and couldn't find a fuel filler cap. Where is it?

It should have been on the right side of the car...

And, by the way, why is the reflector white in the CMX Viewer? :shrug:

Off Topic but damn that car's beautiful. It's cars like this that make me want to get an s2 license and off course the XRT :) Haven't tried the car though but i like the XRG so i hope the XRT will be just as good :) But unfortunately my budget doesn't allow me to get one :( not yet that is :thumb:

The scirocco will be included in S1, so if you really wanted it, you could get S1 for half the price of S2 and still have the scirocco and XRT :)

Well I just presumed that when Eric was modelling the car and looking at pictures of it, he was like "OMG WTF there's a ****ing hole on the side!!"

True :) But i still have to wait for a wile so hopefully by the end of the summer i should be be to buy a s2 license so i get all the cars :)

i want to slag the devs work in no way... but if someone asked me which 137 cars I'd like to have in LFS, the new scirocco would definitely not be amongst them.

if you're a VW enthusiast, it's a whole different story. but for the rest of the world I guess it's just "it's coded anyway, so why not include it?".

@MMMaaaXXX: beautiful? ok, definitely a matter of taste. nevertheless I hope you've seen this thing in RL and you're not just judging by the LFS model. the front looks ok to me, but being a mediocre mix of an alfa romeo and a new subaru impreza it's no thrill. but the rear... oh my gosh. squeezed astra? and finally I don't like cars where the front and rear don't really fit together... but that seems to become a new trend, which was probably started - almost unperceived - with the renault clio and went on with cars like BMW 1 series (hatch), volvo C30 and our scirocco.

it's about taste, I know. but there are also certain rules in design which you should follow. and whereas the saying goes "you have to know the rules in order to break them", the one who designed the scirocco might never have known them.

As i said in my last post it's better to wait until i got enough cash for an s2 license and get the whole game instead of just buying a part of it

with S1 you can still race on S2 servers that are only using S1 content, so when the scirocco comes out there will be hunners of servers to race on for a while.

Yeah and I bet the S2 admins would gladly restrict access to S2 drivers' cars only to have S1ers join them :hide:
