Yet even as a goof, its still some of the best (visualy) correct "motorcycle" views ive ever seen, the way the camera, as an action of the "vehicle" bobs while turning and ect, its all very realistic, to bad, its a gti :-p

Man, having motorcycles in lfs would be cool. Anyone know of a really good sim moto racer?I've been wondering, how could one feel realistic with the control devices you have at home? Cars are easier to simulate, you have the steering wheel on your desk and you can imagine really sitting in the car that you're driving. Despite how excellent the physics in motorcycle simulator were, i can't imagine having a good feel on that with keyboard/mouse/wheel/joystick..
I once tried something like this...:

... at the arcade hall when I was ~10 years old, but got frustrated soon enough by the poor driving model :)
I only think that kind of control device would cost a bit more than DFP or MOMO :/

Check out TT Superbikes on PS2. I've had a lot of fun with it and it does have a lot of sim qualities to it. It's just very hard to be smooth with the joystick on the PS2 controller. Also be careful about trying to lean too far. You'll find that the bike will simply understeer and then lowside if you go full deflection on the stick. Overall it just takes some getting used to.
Another good one is EA's Superbike 2001 (aka SBK2001) on PC, which I find has much better physics than the other PC sim, GP500. GP500 is popular more due to it's mods rather than physics. It's not nearly as bad as the MotoGP series by THQ, but it's no SBK2001.
