I've looked, I've asked, I have found no answer...

Can anyone give a detail explanation of how to read the damage/tyre screens in-game? Further, can anyone tell me what the LWR stands for on the damage screen. If this is information that is easily available to licensed users, then I appologise for asking. Otherwise, please, please make it make sense. :)

Well, that makes it sound like I'm not alone on this one. Thank god, I thought I was just a freak with no life and no brain and n.... okay. So I am not helping my case here. Hmph.

LWR = LoWeR wishbone

Tyre damage: Colour of tread = temp (green=good)
Little bars show load on each segment
Brown bar shows dirt level.
Thickness of tread indicates wear.

What does it mean when you have the red bar inside the middle tire segment on F9? I have this even when coming out of the pits. Is that the 'dirt'?

if you mean the brown (at least on my screen) bar, you're right - it's the dirt level. no bar at all = clean tires, the bigger the bar is, the more dirt is on the wheels
