AFAIK it can't be edited remotely, but it can be changed if the server has multiple layouts in its data\layout directory with commands shown here http://www.lfswiki.net/index.php/LFS_S2_Manual:Keys#Commands_with_a_parameter_.28en try_screen_only.29 user and pass is lfswiki
