Theirs also photoshop. But what do you mean by leins? lines? Because if so..what...lines..

license? (you need S2 to use the auto skin download feature, but you can share the skins over the internet and everyone who downloaded the skin will see you)

If you want to make skins, you can use Gimp, Paint shop pro or Photoshop. You can find the base skins at your LFS installation folder lfs/data/skins.

Skin downloading is a feature that is available only to the licenced players. So if you are using demo account others can't see your skin if you don't send it them by email or other way...

Live for speed S2 can be bought at www.liveforspeed.net. You get a "validation code" from them which you can use to unlock your program.
