How to use .set files?

I downloaded some .set files(aka setup files), I tried to paste them directly to LFS settings folder, but it didn't do anything. Please help me, I don't know how to use them. :shrug:

Setups is the folder you want, not settings

Or, you can just double-click the file and choose open with LFS.exe and it will put it in the right place
