Hi all,
I am new to LFS and am really enjoying the whole experience. I will shortly be purchasing a licence and rewarding the devs for a great sim. However I have a problem with my Microsoft Sidewinder FFB Wheel (Gameport Version- No s******ing!)
The problem is the force feedback, it feels as if everything is reversed. The steering is very light on straights and goes heavy as the vehicle begins to slide. In addition the wheel seems to pull into corners.
I have tried various wheel and force settings in the menu but have had no success. The feeling is very much like the ISI games (F1 99-02,GTR, R-Factor etc) but in these games there is an option to reverse the forces and the wheel works perfectly. The wheel also works perfectly in GTL and Grand Prix 4.
I have searched the forums but have not yet found any one with a similar problem. Hope some one can help because this niggle is currently preventing me from enjoying what is a truly great simulation
Thanks,
